Cabin Crew Engagement

The cabin crew members play a pivotal role in the sales of duty free products onboard. As the first point of sales Dutyfly Solutions deems it essential to train them to perform beyond their safety & security duties and incentivize them to pro-actively sell products in-flight.

ALL OUR DUTY FREE AND LUXURY GOODS ARE DISTRIBUTED FROM OUR PARIS-CDG BASED WAREHOUSE. BEING SO CLOSE TO THE OPERATION PROVIDES US WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO QUICKLY CHECK AND ADAPT OUR SUPPLY AND LOGISTICAL PROCESSES.

We have several operational offices within Europe facilitating the further distribution of our services and products.

INNOVATION

SAFE AND LIGHT TROLLEY

We have developed a new trolley that decreases weight and fuel burn significantly. This new exclusive safe and light plastic trolley weighs an average of 8kg less than the general metal trolley. The trolley is user friendly and also ensures the highest level of safety.

NEW EPOS

Our in-house team is currently working on a  a new EPOS, which will be adaptable to touch-screen tablet. The new EPOS is modern, easy to use and will have a customizable interface. It will have greater connectivity as it will be compatible with all Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices.

The new EPOS, like any of our solutions, can be tailor-made by implementing some of your airline’s business applications, such as flight feedback software, the onboard catalogue and promotional materials for the products sold in-flight.

Next to the new EPOS we are also working on a digital catalogue that can be linked to your In-flight Entertainment System (IFE), which will provide your airline with new business opportunities, adding the feature of product promotion and marketing that your airline can sell.
